Before becoming an RMT and Kinesiologist, Shayla gained extensive experience in the fitness and rehabilitation field through roles such as:
- Personal Trainer
- Weight Room Supervisor at Simon Fraser University (SFU)
- Fitness Coordinator at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH)
These roles helped her build a deep foundation in exercise prescription, injury prevention, and athletic performance, all of which continue to shape her clinical treatments today.
